Treowen Stars F.C. are a Welsh football club from the village of Treowen near Newbridge, Caerphilly. The club plays in the Cymru South. Treowen Stars were formed in 1926 in the village of Treowen, near Newbridge, and played most of their early football in the Abertillery & District and West Monmouthshire Leagues. It was in the early 70's under the chairmanship of Archie Davies that Treowen by now in the Monmouthshire Senior League planted the seeds of success.
